When a poem meets a webtoon
Snail

Snail
SON Sungil
Snails are slow because they're at home
They don't have to rush to buy a house
They say if you move slowly, you see things that you miss
panting under the weight of waste paper
With the grandmother's lively breathing,
Reflected by the sun, shining brightly
Of the heavy sweat from the workers
And a crack over there
On the veranda of the apartment building,
He smiles at himself and saying hello
To the laundry, beautiful like a bunch of flowers
Then, the crying sound
Of touching cries
That is when you fee alive.
Now I go home
Bubble, bubbling, bubbling
Snails that follow the sweet bean paste soup sound
One by one, the star lights up and follows
It’s like a kid chasing a disinfectant truck
